Type Type Type Write Write Write Draw Draw Draw is my hand lettering learning journal that contains the research, practice and final lettering works I produced in the past few months. The most important thing to learn something new is practice, and it’s actually a repetitive process; so I give the journal a name as Type Type Type Write Write Write Draw Draw Draw, which represents the three steps I repeated again and again. After I created the lettering works, I tried to turn those hand-made images into a very digital, computerized style. I pixelized them and gained an interesting contrast between the two different image styles. The final productions were printed on 80gsm, fluorescent pink paper, which showed another beautiful contrast between the paper and B&W images.
